- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and responsible alcohol service policies

- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting with team management responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary practices related to bar service
- Experience in serving beverages, including cocktails and specialty drinks; barista experience is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety standards and food production processes within a hospitality environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Solid understanding of restaurant or hotel operations and customer service excellence
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
