Your Shift Options (True Work-Life Flexibility):
We pride ourselves on offering flexible scheduling with three distinct shift options designed to fit beautifully around your personal life:
- The 2 to 3 Day Roster: Want 4 full days off every single week? Work 2 to 3 full days (7:30 AM to 8:30 PM). Includes an optional 2-hour afternoon break to head home or relax in the staffing area at our office.
- The Early Riser: Keep your evenings entirely free. Join us just for our morning and lunch calls (approx. 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM), a few days a week.
- The Late-Starter: Skip the early breakfast rush entirely. Work a consistent afternoon and evening shift covering tea and evening visits.
Requirements:

- Full UK Driving Licence (Mandatory for using the company vehicle).
- Whether you are an experienced carer or looking for a fresh start, we provide full training.
