Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Nursery Room Leader to support our management team at our busy nursery in Romford. Experience as a room leader is preferred but we are happy to support a strong practitioner into the role. This role will be room based and you will have key person responsibilities, as well as senior duties such as being a key holder and designated safeguarding lead.
Requirements
- Experience in childcare or early childhood education settings is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS.
- Ability to build parent partnerships.
- Minimum childcare qualification of Level 3 if required.
