What You'll Be Doing
As a Train Presentation Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring our trains look their best and are ready to welcome thousands of passengers each day. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, supporting, and motivating a team of Train Presentation colleagues to achieve outstanding cleaning standards
Setting the example by delivering hands-on cleaning duties to GTR's high presentation standards
Acting as the Site Person in Charge, ensuring safety and smooth operations when required
Identifying and reporting faults or vandalism using the correct procedures
Monitoring team performance, conducting audits, and implementing improvements where needed
Making sure all tasks meet company quality and safety standards
This is a role where your leadership genuinely shapes the passenger experience.
