Our client, a highly successful Private Capital Asset Manager, is looking to add an experienced Real Estate Portfolio Manager to their Credit Investing team. The primary focus is hands-on portfolio and loan-by-loan monitoring of its real estate bridge, development, PBSA, care, CRE and term deals, working at pace through the book, assessing key risk items, prioritising issues, proposing solutions and including site visits, and verifying due diligence with the origination platforms. The successful candidate will also contribute to deal evaluation, underwriting and execution, working closely with internal teams and external partners, and will operate with a high degree of independence and attention to detail.
