The Talbot at Belbroughton are looking for a skilled, detail-focused Bartender to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with previous bar or hospitality experience, a passion for drinks, and the ability to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced bar environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beers, and wines, to a high standard
- Support the Bar Manager and maintain a clean, organised, and efficient bar
- Provide recommendations, upsells, and exceptional guest service
- Carry drinks safely and manage orders efficiently during busy periods
- Maintain attention to detail in presentation, cleanliness, and stock management
- Collaborate with FOH and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
