Hours: 36 hours
Shift Times: 0730am- 2000 alternating weekend working is essential

Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Team Leader, you will be pivotal in promoting high standards of person-centred care and guiding your team to achieve these standards consistently. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Leading by example, providing support and guidance on shift to encourage best practices.
- Administering and documenting medication following Green Pastures policies and procedures.
- Reporting any changes in residents’ needs or well-being promptly to the Registered Nurse on duty.
- Communicating effectively with residents, their families, and fellow colleagues.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care notes and documentation in electronic format.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience working with older individuals in a residential and nursing care setting.
- Completion or progression towards NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Flexibility, patience, empathy, and superb organizational skills.
- Strong capability to lead a team and exercise initiative.
