Duties
- Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm and guide them to their tables promptly
- Present menus confidently, highlighting specials and answering questions about menu items
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation quality and timely delivery
- Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any special requests or concerns
- Clear tables, reset for new guests, and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff and fellow servers to deliver smooth service flow
- Handle cash or electronic payments accurately and provide detailed receipts
Experience
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a lively setting
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support peak dining times

Please note that with regards with hourly rate, you will also be paid a share of the Tronc based on a point system. All service charge paid by Guests go entirely in. the Tronc pot and it is entirely distributed to the Team
