Bullworthy Ltd is a leading garage equipment supplier based in Woodford Halse, on the Northants/Oxon border, and we’re growing our team!
We’re looking for a Parts Administrator to join our busy service team. This is a varied and hands-on role that would ideally suit someone with a vehicle lift, garage equipment or engineering background — although this is not essential.
What will you be doing?
- Assist with our monthly stock takes and management of in-house stock
- Work alongside our 8 mobile engineers to monitor and control van stock levels
- Learn to identify the parts required from engineers’ reports
- Raise quotes for required works and send them to customers
- Order parts and manage returns
- Chase outstanding quotes and help keep jobs moving
- Work closely with our service team to provide an efficient service to customers
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is organised, practical and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A background in garage equipment, vehicle lifts, mechanical engineering or a similar environment would be a real advantage, but we’re happy to consider the right person with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
