Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their electrical supply needs and offering suitable product solutions
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to secure sales agreements
- Drive sales growth by proactively identifying new business opportunities within the electrical wholesale sector
- Provide expert guidance on product specifications, technical details, and application advice to customers
- Manage order processing, follow-up, and timely delivery coordination to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure inventory levels meet customer demand and support organizational goals
Requirements
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driving license - beneficial but not essential
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
- Knowledge of electrical products, industry standards, and technical specifications is a plus
