We’re excited to offer an opportunity for ambitious and passionate Bar Supervisors to join London Brewing Company at our newly refurbished pub in the heart of central London. This is our second site in the capital, and feedback has been amazing so far. Now looking for individuals to take it to the next level.
We’re looking for driven, enthusiastic individuals who are excited to help build a team that genuinely loves hospitality, takes pride in what they do and enjoys creating memorable experiences for our guests.
As a Bar Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our busy pub, supporting the team and helping to ensure everything runs smoothly. We’re looking for a true all-rounder who is guest-focused, commercially minded and understands the importance of creating a hardworking, positive and, most importantly, fun team environment.
You’ll play a key role in helping us build and shape this exciting new pub, maintaining our high standards and making sure every guest receives a genuinely great experience. From supporting the team behind the bar to helping set the standards across the whole pub, every day will bring something different.
We’re not a big chain — we’re a small, independent business with just two pubs, which means you’ll be part of a close-knit team where people genuinely know and look out for each other. We believe in giving our team a great work-life balance and rewarding them with good benefits, but we also believe it works both ways. In return, we’re looking for people who are professional, take pride in what they do and genuinely care about the business, our guests and the people they work alongside.
