Duties
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and organization to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
- Load, unload, work with and transport materials using hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery
- Support tradespeople with various tasks associated with domestic renovations and development.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks like cutting, drilling, mixing, and assembling components
Skills
- Experience of working in domestic construction preferred but not essential
- CIS card and transport essential.
- Experience with hand tools and power tools essential for various construction tasks
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with proactive communication essential
