Document functional requirements, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria across multiple concurrent epics.
Own and execute UAT and system-integration test planning, taking direct accountability for validating that delivered functionality aligns with requirements before go-live - including work delivered by external vendors.
Log, track and verify defects in the issue-tracking system (Jira).
Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, administrators and multiple external delivery partners to translate requirements into user stories and manage them through JIRA.
Produce detailed specifications and mock-ups for business processes, Salesforce solutions and integrations/managed packages (e.g. with financial systems, document management).
Support Agile delivery by prioritising backlogs with product owners across mixed internal/external scrum teams.
Plan and coordinate project-level scope, timelines and resourcing for assigned initiatives, ensuring work is right-sized and appropriate for purpose.
Track progress, manage risks and dependencies - including cross-vendor dependencies - and communicate status clearly to stakeholders.
Produce project status and exception reporting, and lead project progress meetings where required.
Develop user guides, release notes and training materials for new Salesforce features and processes, working closely with the Project and Change pillar and the Training team.
Conduct workshops and hands-on training sessions to drive adoption and user proficiency.
Support release readiness reviews and production deployments, including coordinating sign-off across internal and vendor teams.
Proven experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally with Salesforce tools and certifications.
Demonstrable experience owning UAT and test planning end-to-end, including validating work delivered by third parties.
Experience coordinating or managing project delivery elements (scope, risk, dependencies, reporting) alongside BA responsibilities - a genuine hybrid background covering both disciplines is expected.
Experience working across multiple concurrent workstreams or epics, ideally involving several external vendors or delivery partners simultaneously.
Experience operating within Agile/Scrum methodologies, including hybrid teams blending internal and external resources.
Project Management certification (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2) is a benefit but not essential given the -primary focus of the role is the Business Analyst aspects .
Familiarity with project and delivery tooling including JIRA, Confluence and Miro.
Experience working within the legal or financial services sector, or with finance-related features/systems, would be a benefit.
Strong evidence of stakeholder management, able to liaise effectively with legal and technical teams and senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and bringing clarity and structure to complex, multi-vendor delivery situations.
