What do we want from you?
- Excellent cellar knowledge with the ability to lift and rack barrels & kegs and line clean
- To create innovative drink menus, align guest preference with knowledge of food and drinks pairing
- Knowledge of compliance with Health & Safety
- Understanding of stock & ordering
- Good understanding of margins
- A clear understanding of high service standards
- Ability to deal with pressurised situations in a calm and confident manner
- You’ll be an enthusiastic and proficient leader
- You’ll be great at using your initiative
- You’ll be organised and punctual
