Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our compassionate team in the UK. Based at our location, this role is vital in supporting our clients' well-being and helping them maintain their independence while receiving the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and dignity.
- Implement and update personalized care plans tailored to each individual's needs.
- Provide support with medication management and health monitoring.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with team members.
- Support clients in their home or at care facilities, promoting independence.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for all clients.
- Foster positive relationships through empathetic communication.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience or interest in healthcare or social care environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Valid driving license is preferred for mobility.
- Compassionate attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to follow detailed care plans accurately.
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
