Job Title: Event Security Officer
Location: Various sites across the UK (base location: Wellingborough )
Starting Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour - Raising to £14.50 after probation

What the role involves:
- Delivering a visible and proactive security presence at live events, festivals, and venues
- Monitoring crowds, assisting with access control, and responding to incidents
- Liaising with event organisers and emergency services where necessary
- Ensuring safety standards are upheld throughout the event
What we’re looking for:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (essential)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A calm and professional approach, especially under pressure
- Previous experience in event security (preferred, but not essential)
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and travel across the UK

Additional Info:
- This role is subject to a 6-month probation period
- Holiday pay is paid alongside wages – we recommend setting it aside
- Shifts are typically, minimum of 5/6 hours
- Some training costs may be recoverable if you leave within 6 months of completing them
