Job Introduction
As a member of the Asset Senior Leadership Team, the Property Assurance Director will lead the development of A2Dominion's asset performance, assurance and transformation capability. The role will ensure the organisation has the insight, governance, data and performance frameworks needed to make informed decisions, deliver better services and maximise the value of our assets.
This role brings together strategic assurance, business improvement and transformation. Working closely with operational leaders, you will drive measurable improvements in performance, systems, reporting and outcomes across our asset services.
The role is not responsible for operational service delivery or compliance delivery. Instead, it provides independent insight, challenge and support to ensure services are performing effectively, investments are delivering value and strategic priorities are underpinned by robust evidence and data.

Lead the development and delivery of A2Dominion's asset performance and assurance framework.

Develop meaningful performance measures, reporting and dashboards that provide clear visibility of outcomes across asset services.

Provide insight and analysis that supports strategic decision-making, investment planning and service improvement.

Drive transformation programmes that improve asset management systems, operational processes, reporting capability and the use of data and technology.

Ensure performance information is reliable, transparent and supports effective governance and decision-making.

Work with senior leaders to identify opportunities for efficiency, service improvement and value for money.

Track and measure the benefits and outcomes delivered through transformation and improvement programmes.

Provide clear, evidence-based reporting to the Executive Team, Board and relevant committees. [

Build strong internal and external relationships to support learning, innovation and continuous improvement.
We are looking for a strategic leader with experience of delivering transformation, performance improvement and organisational change within a large and complex environment.
You will bring:

Significant experience leading large-scale transformation or asset management improvement programmes within social housing.

A strong track record of developing performance frameworks and using data and insight to drive better outcomes.

Experience at Director level influencing senior stakeholders, Executive teams and Boards.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate information into action.

Experience delivering measurable business improvements, efficiencies and customer outcomes.

The ability to lead through collaboration, influence and challenge rather than direct operational control.
