We are seeking for experienced individuals to join our team to provide care and support to the service users of Royal Greenwich prisons (Belmarsh, Thameside, Isis).
Responsibilities will include:
Care and support will include but may not be limited to:
· Assistance with personal care, such as washing and dressing.
· Assistance with access around the prison environment.
· Provision and recommendations for assistive equipment and recommendations for adaptations to the environment.
· Assistance with care and support to assist with education.
· Assistance with managing and maintaining nutrition.
· Assistance with communication and maintaining relationships.
· Assistance with activities of daily living, including social activities, befriending support.

Requirements:
· Full CTC clearance required.
· Should have lived in the UK for more than 10 years.
