As a Hair Salon Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth salon operations, delivering exceptional customer service, must know how to shampoo.
Duties
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk through the door
- Assist stylists with preparing workstations, sterilizing tools, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the salon
- Support with front desk, checking clients in and out
- Provide personalised customer service by answering questions about services, products, and available treatments
- Shampooing clients and washing off colours under supervision
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with an energetic approach to customer interactions
- Previous experience in shampooing or customer service roles is a plus but not require.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Enthusiastic team player committed to delivering exceptional client experiences
Hours of work - Saturdays 9am - 3pm
Pay: From £2,500.00 per year
