The Role
As a Bartender, you will play an important role in delivering an excellent experience for our guests. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, while maintaining high standards of customer service, cleanliness and professionalism.
Working closely with the front-of-house, you will help ensure efficient service and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, to a consistently high standard.
- Deliver friendly, professional and attentive customer service at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation and presentation of the bar area throughout each shift.
- Restock the bar and monitor stock levels, reporting shortages to management.
- Process customer payments accurately using the POS system.
- Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Follow all food hygiene, licensing, health and safety procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing duties and other general bar responsibilities as required.

- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential.
- Experience preparing cocktails is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A positive, friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy restaurant.
- Reliable, punctual and well presented.
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support colleagues.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety practices.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required by the needs of the business.

- Ability to reliably commute to High Wycombe.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required by the needs of the business.
Pay
Permanent full-time position available - salary to be discussed at the interview.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
