Job Summary:
JBJ Clyde Business Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Business Solutions Manager to manage initiatives that help organisations improve how they operate, serve customers, and achieve business goals. The position will focus on understanding client priorities, shaping suitable solutions, and bringing together the right people and resources to move those solutions forward.
What You'll Do:
- Lead discussions to understand client goals, challenges, and priorities
- Shape business solutions based on identified needs and opportunities
- Develop clear scopes and action plans for agreed initiatives
- Coordinate colleagues and specialist resources involved in solution delivery
- Maintain oversight of progress, priorities, and expected outcomes
- Present recommendations and proposed approaches to clients
- Manage changes to requirements as projects and business needs develop
- Evaluate delivered solutions and gather feedback from stakeholders
- Identify additional opportunities to support existing client accounts
- Maintain clear records of decisions, actions, and solution requirements
- Contribute to proposals and future service development activities
Requirements:
- Experience in business solutions, client services, consulting, project management, account management, operations, or a related field
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to understand business challenges and develop practical recommendations
- Good planning and decision-making abilities
- Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
- Comfortable preparing proposals, presentations, and business documentation
- Ability to coordinate several priorities or client initiatives
- Previous management experience is advantageous but not essential where suitable professional experience can be demonstrated
- Relevant qualifications or transferable experience from other business environments will be considered

Pay: £58,000.00 per year
