Are you an organised, enthusiastic Administrator looking for a truly unique place to make a real difference?
Leigh Academy Hundred of Hoo is seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our friendly and ambitious secondary team from September 2026.
At The Hundred of Hoo, we are more than just a school; we are a thriving all-through community where creativity is championed and collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. With our academy continuing to grow and attract increasing numbers of families, this is an exciting time to join us. Our recent Ofsted visit confirmed we are firmly on the path to Outstanding, recognising the rapid transformation and strong performance of our academy.
As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting staff, students, and families across the school, helping operations run smoothly and efficiently every day. You will work closely with subject teachers and wider support staff to create a positive, inclusive, and well-organised environment where the whole school community feels supported and valued.
What makes Leigh Academy Hundred of Hoo a special place to work:
Make a Real Impact - Support day-to-day operations and administrative systems, helping the whole school run efficiently and reach its full potential.
Inclusive Practice - Experience of working within an educational or busy office environment is desirable but not essential; what matters most is your commitment to excellence and willingness to learn.
Cross-Phase Collaboration - Benefit from our unique all-through setting, working alongside colleagues across primary and secondary phases to enrich pupils’ experiences.
Professional Development - We invest in our staff, offering high-quality training and development opportunities to help you grow in your role.
A Supportive Community - Join a warm, close-knit team where your wellbeing is prioritised and your contribution is truly valued.
If you are passionate about providing high-quality administrative support, keen to develop your skills, and excited to be part of a forward-thinking and inclusive academy, we would love to hear from you.
This is a permanent opportunity, offering an actual salary of £18,340 per annum (£25,185 full time equivalent). The working hours for this vacancy are 9:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (3:30pm finish on Wednesdays), term time + 1 week inset.
