Our team in our Woking Hospital currently have an internal opportunity for a Business Administrator. Continue your journey with us whilst we’ll support you to be your best.
As a Business Administrator you will:
Handle enquiries and general queries
Assist in financial administration
Resolve Data Quality issues
Work with the Business Administration Manager to continually improve process
Support any other Business Administration requirement
To succeed as a Business Administrator you will:
Experience of working in a busy customer facing business support function
Be a confident and customer-focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional manner
Ideally be educated to GCSE in English and Maths, with NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent
Have good IT (Excel/Word) and keyboard skills

Our Woking Hospital is a leading private hospital in Surrey, South East England. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional standards of treatment and care in our state-of-the-art facilities and CPD programme. Our specialities include Women’s and Men’s health, Orthopaedics, and Eye Care with many more available. We are registered for 27 beds with en-suite facilities on the Ward, two Theatres with facilities including lamina flow and one Minor Operating Theatre, Pre-Assessment, Physiotherapy clinic, Onsite Pharmacy, Mammography, X-Ray and Ultrasound, with nine consulting rooms in Outpatients.
