As Marketing Coordinator, you will work with the Operations Director and the heads of our departments to ensure we are delivering on our brand promise, business culture and company ethos. In our busy office in Brighton you'll play a vital role in creating and managing all our marketing outputs, across all platforms.
You are:
Naturally creative with at least 2 years experience in a similar role, or a recent degree in a Marketing subject with transferable office experience.
Friendly and confident

Analytical and able to interpret performance data
Resourceful, organised and able to multitask
Able to understand and fulfil a brief
Confident to work on your own initiative
Experienced in digital marketing, including SEO, Wordpress sites and running paid campaigns.
Full to the brim with ideas!
You'll be:
Creating visual and written content in line with our brand guidelines.
Managing social media accounts.
Designing and sending emails via third party platforms.
Updating our website and writing blog posts.
Creating and editing photo and video content.
Collaborating on advertising campaigns, developing ideas through to fruition.
Implementing, managing and analysing marketing campaigns to grow our business.
Dealing with third party suppliers and external businesses.
Encouraging customer engagement and monitoring satisfaction levels.
Organising one off events and marketing initiatives.
Dealing with customer enquiries in person, via phone and email.
Ad hoc administration tasks.
Important details:
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 5.30pm
