Construction Project Manager
JK Builders Services Ltd is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to manage building projects across London and surrounding areas.
This is a hands-on role requiring regular site visits as well as time in the office. We are looking for someone organised, reliable and experienced in managing construction projects from start through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple construction projects and ensure works run according to programme.
- Visit sites regularly and monitor progress, quality and workmanship.
- Coordinate site managers, subcontractors, trades and suppliers.
- Plan labour, materials and deliveries.
- Liaise with clients, architects, consultants and the office team.
- Identify problems early and make sure they are resolved quickly.
- Monitor project costs and help keep projects within budget.
- Ensure health and safety requirements are followed on site.
- Attend project and site meetings.
- Provide regular progress updates to management.
- Ensure projects are completed to a high standard and on time.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing construction/building projects in the UK.
- Good knowledge of building works and construction processes.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple sites.
- Ability to read drawings and understand specifications.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Comfortable travelling between projects across London and surrounding areas.
- Able to work independently and take responsibility for projects.
Salary: £40,000–£50,000 per year, depending on experience.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, communicate clearly with the team and clients, and make sure work is delivered properly from start to finish.
Pay: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
