JOB DESCRIPTION
Be courteous to customers at all times.
Serve food and beverages to customers as required.
Ensure all orders are efficiently taken and responded to in a correct and professional manner and in a timely fashion.
Operate in a clean and hygienic manner, maintaining a good standard of personalhygiene and appearance, being punctual for work and having a pleasant disposition.
Ensure tables are correctly set and that all condiments and sauces are available for service as required.
Ensure all billing, cash and change procedures are carried out correctly.
Ensure all service items are correctly stored at the end of each shift.
Be fully conversant and comply with the health, safety, fire and security regulations and procedures of The Horatio Group Ltd.
Be fully conversant with all facilities and services in The Horatio Group Ltd.
Be completely familiar with all menu items and the service of each as well as being able to explain contents and preparation of each dish.
Occasional Tasks: Attend training courses as required.
Perform any other duties that may be required by management

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
