-Full time role (40 hours) plus Match days
Responsibilites:
· Manage the Medical day to day practice across the first team and PDP performance team.
· To Conduct Pre-Signing Player Medicals when required.
· Lead the process for all medical related matters, including any assessment or treatment to 1st Team Players
· Attendance at all first team match days (Home and Away) providing the required on-field support.
· Develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs with backroom staff.
· Develop and implement injury prevention protocols, with regular review of such protocols with backroom staff.
· Ensure all relevant staff members are clearly communicated to on a regular basis with regards to all medical issues and injuries.
· Source and organize the club doctor provision at training and matches as required.
· End of day, week, season player reports

1.Qualifications
· Physiotherapy or Sports Therapy related Degree. (E)
· FA Level 4 ITMMiF. (E)
· FA Level 5 ATMMiF. (D)
· Relevant post-graduate qualification. (D)
2. Experience
· Experience working in professional football. (E)
· Match day/ pitch side medical experience. (E)
· Ability to work calmly under pressure and unsupervised. (E)
· Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. (E)
· At least 2 years’ experience working in a 1st team environment. (D)
· Experience Managing a Medical Department. (D)
· Established network of contacts both in sport and the medical industries. (D)
3. Training and specialist skills
· Microsoft Office Package. (E)
· Ability to analyse and interpret data. (E)
· Excellent levels of communication. (E)
