Roofer – Experienced & Skilled
We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and skilled Roofer to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in roofing and be confident carrying out installation, repair, maintenance, and inspection work across both residential and commercial properties. You will take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining excellent health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Install new roofing systems using a range of materials, including slate, tile, felt, lead, and single-ply systems.
- Carry out roofing repairs, maintenance, leak detection, and remedial works.
- Remove and replace damaged or defective roofing materials.
- Install roof windows, guttering, fascias, soffits, leadwork, and flashing.
- Measure roofs accurately and calculate material requirements.
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work schedules.
- Inspect roofs to identify defects and determine the most appropriate solutions.
- Complete all work to a consistently high standard and within agreed project deadlines.
- Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and work areas in a safe and tidy condition.
- Follow company policies, health and safety procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
- Work professionally and courteously on customer properties.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Roofer.
- Strong knowledge of different roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
- Ability to work safely and confidently at height.
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Strong practical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Leadwork
- Flat roofing
- Heritage roofing
- PASMA, IPAF, or Working at Height certification would be advantageous.
