What you'll actually do
- Make and serve drinks to a consistent high standard
- Run the counter with orders, till and keeping the queue moving
- Talking through menu stories with customers
- Keep the front of house clean, stocked and welcoming
- Support kitchen with basic food prep, running food and cleaning down
- Assist with kitchen portering when required.
