What You'll Do:

- Take orders, recommend dishes, and ensure every guest has a memorable experience
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth service
- Handle payments, manage tables, and uphold the highest standards of presentation and hygiene
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar busy restaurant environment – you’ll need to hit the ground running!
- Confident, personable, and professional with excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining composure and a positive attitude
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service standards
