- Social media content creation & scheduling (Facebook, Instagram & TikTok)
- Community management (Facebook Groups)
- Canva graphics and marketing materials
- WhatsApp Business
Business Assistant
- Diary and calendar management
- General administration
- Organising projects and keeping tasks on track
- Customer service and replying to enquiries
- Researching ideas, suppliers and opportunities
- Event and workshop administration
- Helping launch new products, courses and events
- Creating documents, checklists and systems
- Keeping the business organised behind the scenes

Lee Louise is an independent alternative clothing, crystal and gift shop in the heart of Chester.
We’re more than just a shop, we’re a quirky and curious Wonderland where people feel seen, inspired & empowered
We’re now looking for someone to help us build our digital Wonderland by growing our online presence, supporting exciting new projects, creating engaging content and helping us share our magic with even more people.

The essentials
- Role: Digital Magic Maker & Business Assistant
- Hours: 10 hours per week usually split into 2-hour sessions Monday to Friday. This Cheshire Cat firmly believes mornings are for disappearing into cosy naps, so we’re looking for someone who’s happy working later in the day.
- Location: Chester with remote working
- Contract: Initially short-term, with the opportunity to become a longer-term role.
- Pay: Hourly rate
