Front of House Team Member
We are looking for friendly, confident, and professional Front of House Team Members to join the team at Muse Brasserie.
This role is ideal for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys delivering polished yet relaxed service, and thrives in a European brasserie-style environment. Experience working in a European or French-inspired brasserie is highly desirable.
The Role
As a Front of House Team Member, you will deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service while maintaining the high standards expected of a modern European brasserie. You’ll work closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest experiences. Salary assumes over age 21.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and manage reservations and walk-ins
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional table service
- Take food and drink orders confidently with strong menu knowledge
- Provide recommendations on food, wine, and cocktails
- Upsell appropriately while maintaining a natural guest-focused approach
- Serve food and beverages to a high standard
- Handle payments and operate the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the restaurant
- Support the team during busy services
- Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met
- Assist with private dining, events, and special services
About You
- Previous Front of House or hospitality experience essential
- Experience working in a European or brasserie-style restaurant is ideal
- Passion for food, wine, and service
- Confident, friendly, and professional manner
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Calm and positive under pressure
- Well-presented with excellent attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to learn, develop, and grow within the team

Pay: £12.71-£13.25 per hour
Experience:
- Bartending or Front of House: 1 year (preferred)
