Duties
- Supervise the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to quality standards
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of bartenders and support staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all bar activities
- Train staff on proper serving techniques and responsible alcohol service
- Ensure all team members follow health protocols, safety procedures, and company policies at all times
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment such as bars, restaurants, or hotels
- Strong background in hospitality
- Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to lead a diverse staff effectively
- Extensive knowledge of Bar work and hospitality
- Previous experience in serving customers in lively social settings with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of Cellar Work barrels, cask
