Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, delivering clear and helpful information.
- Analyze customer feedback and transaction data to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.
- Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and product or service troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues swiftly and effectively.
- Maintain a professional, energetic attitude during all customer interactions to promote a positive brand image.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly to ensure seamless follow-up and resolution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within financial services or similar industries.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate solutions clearly.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer data and identify actionable insights.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
