We’re a friendly, family-run and nurse-led team looking for kind, reliable Community Care Assistants to support our clients in their own homes.
Your Hours
- 2 or 3 set evenings per week, 4:00pm–10:00pm
- One full weekend per month OR alternate Saturday and Sunday evenings
- Guaranteed contracted hours – no zero-hour contracts

What We’re Looking For
You don’t need years of care experience – the right attitude matters most. We’re looking for someone who is:
- Kind, compassionate and dependable
- Professional and reliable
- Passionate about delivering excellent, person-centred care
- Confident working independently in the community
You’ll Need
- Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
- To live in or around Bedford
- Availability for the advertised evening and weekend shifts
