We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping customers find the right products. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring the shop is well-organised and stocked.

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting tickets.
- Utilise phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Engage in selling techniques, including upselling additional products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organised shop environment by restocking shelves and ensuring displays are tidy.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, providing clear information about products and promotions.
- Handle transactions accurately, employing basic maths skills for cash handling and sales processing.
- Requirements
- Weekend and midweek availability
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is beneficial but not essential.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- A friendly disposition with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
