Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lead Generator to join our team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind our sales pipeline by identifying and engaging potential clients. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help us expand our customer base and increase business opportunities. Duties
- Calling on customers at there homes to establish a interest/need for one of our many products we offer.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and gathering relevant information
- Maintain accurate records of interactions within CRM software such as Salesforce or similar systems
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and schedule appointments for sales teams
- Collaborate with the sales manager to develop targeted outreach strategies
- Communicate clearly and confidently to reach a diverse customer base
- Track lead generation activities and report on progress regularly
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Strong communication skills:
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a proactive attitude
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Motivated, energetic, and eager to achieve targets
- Prior experience in sales or customer outreach roles is advantageous but not mandatory
