We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in our warehouse facilities.
The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment for both staff and visitors.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with setting up rooms for events or meetings as required.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organised.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests from staff or visitors in a friendly manner.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and visitors.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all who enter the facility.
- Good communication skills to report issues clearly and collaborate with colleagues.
