Job Overview
We are looking for a professional Level 3 Beauty Therapist to join our luxury medispa in Essex. In this expert role, you will deliver exceptional beauty treatments. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile for our clients which makes Emerald Medispa stand out from the rest. We are not a 'beauty salon' but a calm, clean, professional wellness escape. Our therapists must been keen to up their knowledge with continuous training. Weekends and late nights are expected.
- Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massage.
- Provide expert advice on all services and product recommendations.
- Ensure all treatments are conducted in accordance with health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that makes clients feel comfortable, valued, and confident during their visit
- Attend at least 2 events, outside standard working hours.
Experience
- LEVEL 3 in Beauty Therapy.
- At least 2 years experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role within the beauty or wellness industry
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to build rapport quickly and provide personalized consultations that meet client expectations
- Must have a passion for skin and wellbeing treatments.
- Compentant using booking systems is highly desirable
- Social media experience preferred not required.
