Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Carer (Bank Contract) minimum NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care to join our team, to provide essential support to our residents. This role involves delivering high-quality resident care, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to enhancing the well-being of our residents through attentive and personalized care.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate resident care, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Engage patients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
- Document care activities accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
