This is a vital role behind the scenes that helps keep our kitchens and public areas running smoothly, clean, and safe for staff and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with general kitchen cleaning duties (washing up, surface cleaning, floors)
- Collecting and managing refuse from various pier outlets
- Assisting with deliveries and stock rotation as needed
- Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times
