About the role:
Robosol Software UK Limited is a Microsoft Gold Partner specialising in implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, CRM, and Microsoft 365 solutions. We work with a number of leading Retail, Wholesale and Manufacturing companies in the UK.
We are currently looking for a Project Manager with experience in ERP, WMS or similar software roll outs.
Objective of the Role:
The objective of this role is to assist the business in management and be responsible for overseeing the completion of multiple Software projects. The candidate will be in charge of planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and monitoring progress toward making sure Projects are being delivered on time and within budget
- Working with Team Leads, Functional & Technical Consultants and the customers to establish a project plan
- Regular meetings with internal teams to ensure Projects are being run within the scope agreed, on time and within budget
- Communicating with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the progress of their project
- Reviewing the scope of work to ensure that it is consistent with the client’s expectations
- Managing the budget and resources throughout the project to ensure that they are used efficiently
- Meeting regularly with clients to discuss issues and progress on the project
- Managing the resources of the team to ensure that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
Knowledge and Expertise:
- Experience of Project Managing ERP Implementation, ideally Microsoft Dynamics or any other ERP is Required
- The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience on working as a project manager for Software Projects
- Must have a good understanding of Business functions in Sales, Purchase, Ecommerce Warehouse, Manufacturing and Financial Management.
- Proficiency at using Project Management Tools such as Jira, Azure Devops, Microsoft Project or similar tools.
- Good understanding of Software Systems, not to a technical level but a good top level understanding is required
