Job Purpose
The office administrator is a key part in the day to day running of the business. The position entails a broad understanding of customer experience management.
On boarding requirements, integrating customer requirements into the business through various internal & external relationships, ensuring requirements & expectations are being met, managing the customer expectation levels.
Building a rapport with primary customer contacts.
Liaising with all Operational departments.
Managing stock as & when required.
Pegasus / Opera experience preferred, not essential as training will be given.
Office Administration will build as the role grows.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answering incoming enquiries.
· Assisting with the reception area.
· Order Processing.
· General office support.
Qualifications & Skills
· Excellent Customer Service Skills & Organisational skills are essential
· Good IT knowledge.
Customer experience / onboarding skills, a huge benefit.
Salary & Benefits
The position is office based and the successful candidate must be available to work on a full-time basis 8:30am to 16:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 13:30pm on Friday.
Salary
£24,000 - £26,000 (Negotiable depending on experience).
