About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our care team in New Milton, BH25. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with NMC standards and best practice.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalised care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor residents’ physical and clinical conditions, responding promptly to changes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with GPs, healthcare professionals, families, and the wider care team.
- Supervise and support Care Assistants and junior staff members.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding procedures, and infection control policies.
- Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing for all residents.
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
- Current and unrestricted NMC PIN.
- Previous experience in a nursing home, residential care, or similar healthcare setting is desirable.
- Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
