Ribble Valley Heating is a family-run heating and renewable energy company with over 45 years of experience. We specialise in designing and installing high-quality heating systems that are built to perform.
Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Air Source Heat Pump Installer / Heating Engineer to join our expanding team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys producing exceptional installations, takes pride in neat pipework, and wants to work on quality projects rather than rushed, volume-based work.
The Role
The majority of your work will involve installing domestic air source heat pump systems, including:
- Air source heat pump installations
- Hot water cylinders
- Heating system upgrades
- Radiators and underfloor heating
- Heating controls and system commissioning
- General heating pipework
You'll also carry out occasional gas heating work, including boiler replacements, heating alterations and servicing where required.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience installing domestic heating systems
- Has experience with air source heat pumps (preferred but not essential)
- Holds current Gas Safe qualifications
- Produces neat, high-quality pipework and installations
- Takes pride in planning and completing jobs properly
- Can work independently while also supporting a small team
- Is professional, reliable and customer-focused
- Holds a full UK driving licence
Desirable Qualifications
- Air source heat pump installation experience
- MCS or renewable heating experience
- OFTEC qualifications
- Unvented Hot Water qualification
- Wiring and controls knowledge
