Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to specified recipes and standards

- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving
- Support other kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently, including proper handling of food and equipment
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient work environment
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or similar setting
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and culinary practices
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Previous restaurant experience or serving background is essential
- Ability to adapt quickly to new recipes, procedures, and kitchen equipment
