Zero2Five are proud to be working with a high-quality, independent day nursery in Hither Green, seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. Requirements for this role:
· Level 3 Childcare Qualification (essential)
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in an early years setting
· Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices
· A genuine passion for child development and high-quality care
· Confident, organised, and proactive approach
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities Include:
· Leading and supporting daily routines, activities, and learning experiences
· Planning engaging, development-focused activities
· Acting as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and families
· Carrying out observations, assessments, and planning
· Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
· Working closely with management to uphold high standards
· Participating in staff meetings and ongoing training
· Contributing to the continuous improvement of the nursery
· Ensuring the safeguarding, health, and wellbeing of all children
