Job Overview
Role Description This is a full-time role for a Class 2 Driver based at our Bristol depot. You will act as the face of the company, responsible for the safe and timely delivery and collection of powered access equipment to our customers' sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- The safe and timely delivery and collection of powered access & Telehandler machinery (cherry pickers, scissor lifts, etc.).
- Safe loading and unloading of various MEWPs (Mobile Elevating Work Platforms), in accordance with safety standards.
- Performing basic handovers to customers on-site as requested , all safety checks & accurately completing all digital and physical delivery paperwork.
- Securing heavy machinery using appropriate chains and straps for safe transit.
- Conducting daily vehicle walk-around checks and maintaining fleet standards, including keeping the vehicles clean and in good working condition.
- Providing excellent customer service during site deliveries and collections.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid Category C (Class 2) Licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in plant hire or hauling heavy machinery is preferred, but a full training programme will be provided for the right candidate.
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards are essential. An IPAF Operator & Load & Unload certificate is highly desirable, though full training and certification is provided
- A safety-first mindset and a reliable, professional approach to work

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Positive with a ‘get it done’ attitude
