You will manage your own Residential Conveyancing matters, but you will not be expected to do everything yourself.
Specialist teams support with AML, onboarding, completions and post completion, while the wider conveyancing team works collaboratively to keep files moving when somebody is away.
The idea is simple: more time being a conveyancer, less time chasing paperwork.
The Role
You will manage a varied Residential Conveyancing tasks within a file including:
- Sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold
- Remortgages
- General residential property matters
You will not need ownership of files whilst still benefiting from daily team support and systems designed to make transactions easier to manage.

About You
You may be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX professional, Residential Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner.
You will need experience managing Residential Conveyancing files independently, alongside strong client care and communication skills.
