Summary
We are seeking a Early Years Educator (ideally Level 3 qualified) to join our team in. This vital role involves delivering high-quality early childhood care and education, supporting children's development, and ensuring a nurturing environment that aligns with our mission to positively impact young lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children in line with early childhood education standards.
- Support children's emotional, social, and physical development through attentive care.
- Collaborate with colleagues and families to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to planning and implementing educational programs.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and community partners.
Qualifications
- Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience working in a nursery or early childhood setting.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of child development principles.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
